Italy captain, Sergio Parisse, is out of the Stadio Olimpico clash on Saturday.

Parisse injured his toe in the 29-0 defeat to France last weekend and has not recovered in time to face Wales in the first Six Nations match of the day.

Martin Castrogiovanni is in the side, however. The prop missed the last two games after he was bitten by a friend’s dog, but is back to replace Dario Chistolini, who drops to the bench.
